Application CUP 2021-02
Project Description Conditional Use Permit to allow for mechanical equipment and screening in excess of the maximum allowed building height.
Location 106 Matheson Street
Applicant Eddinger Enterprises, Inc., Jerry Eddinger
Determination Pursuant to the CEQA Review document/checklist prepared for the original project approval, staff concluded that: (1) the project is consistent with the development density established for the project site in the General Plan EIR; (2) the project would not result in effects on the environment that are peculiar to the project or the project site that were not identified as significant effects in the General Plan EIR; (3) the project would not result in potentially significant off-site or cumulative impacts that were not identified in the General Plan EIR; (4) the project would not result in significant effects, which, as a result of substantial new information that was not known at the time the General Plan EIR was certified, would be more severe than were already analyzed and disclosed in the General Plan EIR; and (5) the project sponsor will undertake the applicable/feasible mitigation measures specified in the General Plan EIR (as shown in column 5 of Table 3.1 of the CEQA Review document/checklist) to mitigate project-related impacts. The proposed increase in building height does not change any of these conclusions. Therefore, no further environmental review is required for the project pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21083.3 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15183.
