[ARCHIVED] PANELISTS FOR MARCH 31 HOUSING FORUM ANNOUNCED

As part of our ongoing series of housing discussions in Healdsburg, a panel of five experienced professionals working in the area of Housing development have been confirmed. The program will be the fifth community forum on Housing, and held from 6-8pm at the Healdsburg Community Center, 1557 Healdsburg Avenue.

Using a moderated panel format, the panel will share their observations and experiences regarding housing challenges in Healdsburg, around the theme of ‘Building the Housing We Want’. The purpose of the panel is to provide a real world view of what it will take to achieve our housing goals in Healdsburg, as expressed by the community in over 25 meetings and workshops held over the past 18 months.

The panel consists of a homebuilder actively building in Healdsburg, the CFO and Executive Director of a non-profit Housing Development Corporation, a Santa Rosa based multi-family builder and developer, a green mixed-use infill developer based in Sebastopol, and a boutique financial specialist that brings private capital to unique, small infill housing projects.

The panelists include:

• Steve Sheldon - Ibis Builds
• Elizabeth Shephard – Shepard Capital
