The Work in general consists of the reconstruction of a portion of the 60kV bus, full reconstruction of the 12kV bus, and other related and miscellaneous work and other such items of work as are required to complete the Project in accordance with this Contract, the Project Plans and Technical Specifications

 
During the COVID-19 pandemic City of Healdsburg is committed to public participation in city government in a manner that is consistent with the guidance provided by the Sonoma County Public Health Officer. Remote viewing options for the bid opening will be provided to all plan-holders

 The Engineer’s estimate of cost is $3,000,000.

Plan & Spec Available:
Project plans and specifications may only be obtained by contacting the office of the City Engineer of the City of Healdsburg at (707) 431-3346 (cdcfront@ci.healdsburg.ca.us) and registering for the project plan holder list. An electronic version of the bid package will be available at no cost to all registered plan holders. A hard copy set of plans and specifications may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of $120.00. Upon receipt of the required fee, project plans and specifications will be shipped to the prospective bidder. No in person purchases will be allowed. Any bidder that is not included on the plan holder list prior to the bid opening date shall have their bid deemed non-responsive.
