[ARCHIVED] Land Use Amendment - Alcoholic Beverage Establishment Ordinance Amendment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Healdsburg will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 7, 2017, at or after 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chamber, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, California, to consider the following matter:


Application: Land Use Amendment LUA2017-01 (Alcoholic Beverage Establishment Ordinance Amendment)


Project Description: Amendments to the City of Healdsburg Municipal Code Section 20.20.075 Alcoholic Beverage Establishments, Section 20.28.310 Definitions and Chapter 20.08 Land Use Tables, to consider adoption of new standards and definitions and updates to the land use tables for uses that allow on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages, including new standards for dispersion of such uses and for events and other ancillary uses.


Location: City-wide
Applicant: City of Healdsburg
Environmental
Determination: The project is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3).

The Planning Commission at its July 11, 2017 meeting recommended approval of the proposed Land Use Amendment.


Details of this project and any written comments are available for review at the Planning & Building Department, 435 Allan Court (mailing address: 401 Grove Street), Healdsburg, CA 95448. The staff report for this item will be available the Friday before the hearing at the Department office and at www.cityofhealdsburg.org under Calendar of Events.


Public Comments:  All interested persons are invited to send written comments to the City Clerk’s Office, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448 no later than the hearing date and/or be present at the hearing to comment orally on this item. If you challenge this item in court, you may be limited by law to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. You are encouraged to attend the City Council meeting referenced above, and you have the right to speak for or against the matter under consideration.
