NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Healdsburg, at its regular meeting of MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2017, at or after 6:00 P.M., in the City Hall Council Chamber, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, California, will consider adopting utility pole attachment fees in compliance with the State of California’s Public Utility Code.
Data indicating the costs incurred to make utility poles and support structures available for use by communications service providers, supporting rationale as well as the proposed utility pole attachment fees are available for review by contacting Terry Crowley, Healdsburg Utility Director, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, California 95448, (707) 431-3346 or email to tcrowley@ci.healdsburg.ca.us, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., holidays excepted. The staff report for this matter will be available on the Friday before the meeting at the City Clerk’s office and on line at www.cityofhealdsburg.org under Calendar of Events.
Public Comments: All interested persons are invited to send written comments to the City Clerk’s Office, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448 no later than the meeting date and/or be present at the meeting to comment orally on this item.
