[ARCHIVED] Community Meeting - Project Homekey Program

The City of Healdsburg is proposing to purchase the L&M Motel, located at 70 Healdsburg Avenue, through the State of California’s Project Homekey Program for the purpose of providing 22 units of interim housing for those experiencing homelessness. In order to provide more information about this proposed project, and to gather community feedback, the City will be hosting a Community Meeting on January 11th at 5:00pm.

City Staff and Reach for Home, the proposed site operator, will provide a 30-minute overview of the proposed project.  The meeting will address who the proposed project would serve, how the project would operate, and a timeline on the implementation of the project. After the presentation, there will be a question-and-answer session in which the public can provide comments and present concerns.
