NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Engineer of the City of Healdsburg at the Administration/Clerks office located at City Hall, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, County of Sonoma, State of California, until the hour of 3:00 p.m., on the 27th day of May 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in the chambers of the City Council, 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg, California, for:

Waterline Extension - Highland Circle to Scenic Lane

During the COVID-19 pandemic City of Healdsburg is committed to public participation in city government in a manner that is consistent with the guidance provided by the Sonoma County Public Health Officer. Remote viewing options for the bid opening will be provided to all plan-holders

Project plans and specifications may only be obtained by contacting the office of the City Engineer of the City of Healdsburg at (707) 431-3346 () and registering for the project plan holder list. An electronic version of the bid package will be available at no cost to all registered plan holders. A hard copy set of plans and specifications may be obtained by paying a non-refundable fee of $25.00. Upon receipt of the required fee, project plans and specifications will be shipped to the prospective bidder. No in person purchases will be allowed. Any bidder that is not included on the plan holder list prior to the bid opening date shall have their bid deemed non-responsive.

The engineer’s estimate for this Project is $299,975.
