REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

HEALDSBURG STATION AREA SPECIFIC PLAN

Solicitation: RFP-01-026

The City of Healdsburg is soliciting proposals from knowledgeable, qualified firms for consulting services to assist in the preparation of a Specific Plan and Programmatic EIR for Healdsburg’s Priority Development Area, which includes both the half-mile radius around the Planned Healdsburg SMART Station and the Priority Site known as the South Entry Area.

All proposals must be received either by mail, courier, or hand-delivered to 401 Grove Street, Healdsburg CA 95448 by 4:00 PM PST, Friday, February 20, 2026. The City will not accept proposals submitted by email or fax, nor will it accept proposals submitted after the specified deadline.
