    OFFICE HOURS CITY HALL, 401 Grove Street – Administration and Utility Billing Community Development Center–– Planning, Building, Public Works and Utilities These offices will be closed on alternating Fridays throughout the year. Public Works and Building inspections will be available on the closed Fridays. This schedule enables the City to extend customer service hours for our community Monday through Thursday, reduce greenhouse gas production by eliminating a travel day for employees, and reduce utility and facility use costs by closing some facilities on the off day. INSPECTIONS Public Works and Building inspections will be performed Monday through Friday.
